Not long ago, the Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency (Bappebti) of the Ministry of Trade (Kemendag) canceled the Listing Mark of PT Bursa Cripto Prima as a prospective physical trader of crypto assets.
This is in accordance with the Decree of the Head of Bappebti Number 3 of 2021 concerning the Cancellation of The Register Mark as a Candidate for Physical Trader of Crypto Assets on behalf of PT Bursa Cripto Prima on December 3, 2021.

This makes the list of crypto asset traders registered on Bappebti undergo changes. This also answers the question of whether PT Bursa Cripto Prima is registered in Bappebti.
With this Decree, Bappebti canceled and stated that it did not apply the Decree of the Head of the Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency Number 005 / BAPPEBTI / CP-AK / 02/2020 dated February 26, 2020 concerning The Sign of Registering as a Candidate for Physical Traders of Crypto Assets to PT Bursa Cripto Prima.
“Cancellation of this Register Mark is done because PT Bursa Cripto Prima did not carry out remedial measures within a period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of freezing business activities on behalf of PT Bursa Cripto Prima,” the letter said, quoted on Sunday (5/12/2021).
Cancellation of the Register Mark of PT Bursa Cripto Prima does not eliminate or remove the company’s responsibility for the Customer’s claims for any actions or violations that cause harm to the Customer.

In line with that, Bappebti also froze business activities against PT Plutonext Digital Aset since Friday, December 3, 2021, based on the Decree of the Head of Bappebti Number 2 of 2021.
The freeze was carried out because based on the results of Bappebti’s supervision, PT Plutonext Digital Aset has never submitted daily transaction reports, daily and monthly financial statements, and activity reports to Bappebti since obtaining a Register Mark as a prospective physical trader of crypto assets.
