The main goal is that you open the e-mail and click on the links in it. The content is then almost harmless. These emails are currently being sent to thousands of consumers. For this reason, there is a great danger that unsuspecting consumers will fall for the trick.

In the e-mail you will find several links to so-called landing pages. When clicking on the links, the browser sometimes sounds the alarm immediately. You will be warned about a phishing site. Therefore, you should not open these links carelessly. The pages are often hosted on servers abroad and are registered through an anonymization service. This means that the actual operator does not want to appear. In terms of content, it is about so-called money machines. In a video, the impression is sometimes given that you can earn a lot of money very quickly by investing in Bitcoin. In the past, we have often reported on so-called money machines that promise more than they keep.
