Usually, payments are processed in a timely manner (between 5 and 20 minutes); however, there are some factors that could prevent a payment from being made and therefore not receiving your crypto. Make sure your payment is complete
The first thing you can do is make sure your payment hasn’t been declined for any reason.
- Once the transaction process is complete, you will receive a link to the transaction summary. This will also provide you with a status that can indicate if your payment was declined.
- If your payment has been declined, you may need to contact your bank.
Make sure your Exodus wallet is synchronized with the blockchain
If your payment was made correctly, more than 5-20 minutes have passed, and you have not yet received your crypto, you will want to make sure that your Exodus wallet is properly synchronizing with the blockchain.

If the steps above do not resolve the issue, the Ramp Support team will be the best point of contact to ask about your order.
